Once you’ve selected your flooring the next step is to get a measure and quote. Bring your floor plan if you have it, but don't worry if you don't – we offer a free measure and quote.

In Store

Our team are highly experienced and can provide you with expert advice for quality style and colour to meet your flooring needs. We also offer a take home sample service so you can test the right flooring choice for you.

Price

Our huge financial commitment to keep rolls of carpet and vinyl in store means we can keep our prices competitive to pass on to our customers.

Quality and Grading

Remember to ask about your favourite sample, as our staff are trained to answer any questions you may have. Generally the back of your take home sample will have the details and grading of the flooring you are about to purchase.

Warranties

Quite simply, all our flooring installations come with a two year warranty, also all products purchased from us are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.*  Be sure to ask your retailer about this and remember, it's important to clean and maintain your carpet as it does impact on the validity of most residential carpet warranties. The recognised cleaning and maintenance standard is NZS 3733:1995.

Underlay

Underlay is significant to the flooring process as it acts as a comfortable support under your new carpet and can give you both acoustic and thermal value, and will give your flooring longevity. The underlay we use is called Dunlop Comfort Cushion TM Foam Underlay made from new recycled materials (off cuts). Available in 10mm 95KG - 11mm 120KG - 11mm 130KG.

Stock

 We carry a large amount of stock in-house which is readily available. If you need your new flooring at a specific time, ask our sales team to check whether the carpet you want is in stock. If it is, they can put it on hold for up to 48 hours or can advise you of the next production date.

Expert flooring installers

We have an experienced team of both residential and commercial flooring installers that specialise in carpet, vinyl and wet room installations. We offer a two year installation warranty.
